Welcome to the In His Image Photography Blog!

I'm Dajuan, lead photographer with In His Image Photography.  The name is inspired from Genesis 1:26-31 which confirms that we are created in the image of God..

My photography interest were picked up from my father at a young age.  What son doesn't want to be like his dad?  We share the same technical aptitude, eye for detail, and drive to provide the very best.  But it wasn't until college that I found my niche, wedding photography.  In 1998, I photographed my first wedding as the lead photographer.

Over the years I've refined my craft and mastered my equipment.  I've trained under some of the worlds best photographers with the goal of being the very best photographer that I can be for my clients.  My eye, my style, my way - all with the end goal of providing you with images you'll cherish for a lifetime.

Keyonna + Jason: Fayetteville, NC

Being a veteran myself, I was so hoping to photograph a military wedding this year!  We’ve photographed several active duty soldiers and sailors, and everyone of them were absolutely beautiful (even without the Service A’s).  Jason + Keyonna fall right into this category.  I’m always honored to cover nuptials.  But, I almost feel a responsibility...

Kevin + Altrescia

Every wedding is special.  It’s true.  Yet they all have their unique “specialness”.  As a photographer, it’s my responsibility to capture as many “moments” as possible.  Whether they’re laughter, tears of joy, a kiss, or in this case, a look.  If for any reason you’ve forgotten what love looks like, take a look at...
